This statement serves as official confirmation that Empire Platforms LLP is an authorized advertiser acting on behalf of Institution (institutiontech.com).

Empire Platforms LLP is contractually authorized to manage digital advertising campaigns, represent our brand in marketing materials, and facilitate payments for advertising services on platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This authorization grants Empire Platforms LLP the right to:

• Create and manage advertising accounts on our behalf.
• Utilize Institution branding, logos, and trademarks for promotional purposes.
• Act as the billing entity for our advertising expenditures.
